Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy proposals and roadmap recommendations for the retirement portfolio.
• Own market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Evaluate growth opportunities, business investments, and partnerships through financial analysis and stakeholder input.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to shape strategy, investments, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Help drive product development initiatives from concept to market launch and ensure regulatory compliance.
