Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, economics, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive product management, development, or strategy experience in financial services.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing product workstreams or cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial or insurance products, market trends, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy proposals and roadmaps for core retirement retail/advice portfolio with a focus on IRA.
• Analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive insights to inform decisions.
• Partner with Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Risk leaders.
• Lead product development initiatives from concept through market launch and regulatory readiness.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership and manage portfolio performance updates.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field
