Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead - Nacelle to champion part-level ownership within the MSEN Engineering organization. You will drive technical execution, risk management, and budget alignment from validation through senior-level delivery.

You will coordinate with CIPT, SIPT, and IPMT stakeholders, provide validation engine support, and ensure achievement of program milestones while traveling as needed to support customers and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering with relevant experience in project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through aerospace milestones (PDR/CDR).
• Strong communication and risk management in complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of accountability to the CIPT for program requirements and part ownership.
• Lead IPT through milestones; manage technical risks and budgets.
• Oversee IPT financial allocations and project timelines to meet delivery commitments.
• Direct and monitor IPT metrics; ensure outputs meet standards.
• Present to Customers, Senior Management, SIPT and IPMT; provide technical support for validation engines.
• Travel up to 15% (Domestic and International).
