Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a motivated Product Definition Project Lead to support the Mechanical Systems, Externals, and Nacelles (MSEN) Engineering organization. This role centers on project management to ensure PD deliverables meet CIPT schedules, quality standards, and EKS requirements, with a direct impact on engineering outcomes.

You will coordinate across multiple teams, manage data in Teamcenter, and drive timely hardware deliveries while ensuring complete MBD and TDP packages.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 10 years of relevant experience in Product Definition, engineering data management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with engineering change processes, PD documentation (MBD/TDP) and data management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across CIPT, Design, PD, industrial and manufacturing teams to align priorities and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Manage engineering data in Teamcenter and DMU/PD teams to create and revise BOM‑driven data.
• Ensure on‑time hardware deliveries and alignment with project schedules across teams.
• Execute product definition engineering standard work across design phases and verifications.
• Prepare and manage engineering change releases in Teamcenter with proper approvals.
• Deliver complete MBD and TDP packages meeting quality and EKS requirements.
