EY is seeking a Transaction Advisory Senior or Manager in the equity capital markets space, based in the United States. The role focuses on guiding clients through strategic financing opportunities, transaction management, and capital markets executions, with emphasis on developing investor messaging, transaction models, and pricing strategies.

You will work with C-suite executives, lead presentations, and collaborate with a dynamic team to support transformative deals while traveling as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years of equity capital markets experience.
• Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 licenses in good standing.
• Strong experience evaluating and executing financing transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal/relationship-building skills.
