EY is seeking a Transaction Advisory Senior or Manager to guide clients through capital markets transactions, from planning to execution. You will help shape the equity story, coordinate stakeholders and support underwriting strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years of Equity Capital Markets experience at a major investment bank.
• Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 licenses in good standing.
• Experience evaluating and executing financing transactions.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills at all levels.
• Willingness to travel and work long hours and various locations.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on strategic financing opportunities and transaction management.
• Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and analyses.
• Researching, reviewing and analyzing precedent transactions.
