Job summary

EY is seeking a transaction advisory Senior or Manager to advise on IPO/SPAC transactions and capital markets strategies across multiple US offices. The role focuses on developing equity stories, investor messaging, and transaction models while coordinating with underwriting and advisory teams.

The candidate will lead client engagements, deliver analyses, and support business development, with travel and long hours as needed in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years in Equity Capital Markets at a major investment bank.
• Current Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 licenses.
• Strong experience evaluating and executing financing transactions.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with varied stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours and locations.

• Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and analyses.
• Researching, reviewing and analyzing precedent transactions.
