Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior or Manager in the Equity Capital Markets advisory team to help clients navigate transformational capital markets transactions. You will work from the early transaction cycle, shaping the equity story, investor messaging, and transaction models for public offerings.

Based in the McLean/DC area, you will advise C-suite executives, collaborate with colleagues across finance, and support business development while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in advising on equity financing and capital markets transactions.
• Ability to present analyses and recommendations to C-suite executives.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills across org levels.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours as needed.
