Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Transaction Advisory Senior/Manager to advise on transformative capital markets transactions. You will help clients prepare for the public markets, shape equity stories, model transactions, and support financing strategies with Wall Street and other advisers.

The role is part of a dynamic, collaborative team that values client-focused solutions, rigorous analysis, and clear communication across all seniority levels. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years in Equity Capital Markets at a major investment bank.
• Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 licenses in good standing.
• Strong experience evaluating and executing financing transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills across levels.
