Job summary

EY in New York is seeking a transaction advisory Senior or Manager to guide clients through transformative capital markets transactions, including equity story development and investor messaging. You will support underwriting strategies, transaction modeling, and pricing considerations across multiple deal types.

You will work with a dynamic team advising on navigating public markets, collaborating with Wall Street and service providers, while mentoring colleagues and contributing to business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–4 years' experience in Equity Capital Markets at a major investment bank.
• Existing Series 7/79 and Series 63 securities licenses in good standing.
• Strong experience evaluating and executing financing transactions.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours/locations.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on strategic financing opportunities and transaction management.
• Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and analyses.
• Researching, reviewing and analyzing precedent transactions.
