Job summary

EY is seeking a Transaction Advisory Senior or Manager in the United States to advise on transformative capital markets transactions. You will shape the company’s equity story and support positioning for public markets, working with senior leadership and investors to optimize financing strategies and transaction models.

Responsibilities include leading presentations, overseeing analyses of precedent deals, and guiding a dynamic team through complex capital markets engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years in Equity Capital Markets at a major investment bank.
• Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 licenses in good standing.
• Strong experience evaluating and executing financing transactions.
• Networking skills to develop relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on strategic financing opportunities and transaction management.
• Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and analyses.
• Researching, reviewing and analyzing precedent transactions.
• Contributing to business development and team development initiatives.
