Job summary

EY is seeking a transaction advisory Senior or Manager in the Equity Capital Markets space to guide clients through transformational capital markets transactions. You will help shape equity stories, models, and pricing strategies while coordinating with the syndicate and advisory teams.

The role requires 1–4 years in ECM, Series licenses, and strong communication to senior executives. Travel may be required as part of client engagements and deal execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years of experience in the Equity Capital Markets group at a major investment bank.
• Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 securities licenses (in good standing).
• Strong experience evaluating and executing financing transactions.
• Established networking skills and excellent interpersonal/relationship-building abilities; willingness to travel.

• Advising clients on strategic financing opportunities and transaction management.
• Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and analyses.
• Researching, reviewing and analyzing precedent transactions.
