EY in New York, Hoboken, Iselin, Jericho and other cities seeks a Transaction Advisory Senior/Manager to guide IPOs and SPACs from strategy through execution. You’ll lead client discussions, model development, and deal-team coordination on transformative capital markets transactions.

You will advise C-suite executives, supervise and mentor team members, and contribute to business development while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree.
• 1-4 years of recent experience in the Equity Capital Markets group at a major investment bank.
• Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 securities licenses (in good standing).
• Strong experience evaluating and executing financing transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills at all levels.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours and locations.
