Job summary

Legora is headquartered in New York and seeks an IP product specialist to bridge law and technology, helping leading IP teams maximize Legora's platform. You will partner with partners, customer success, and GTM to pilot adoption across trademark, patent, and brand protection groups.

You'll translate legal workflows into product requirements, deliver demos and training, and shape scalable playbooks as AI reshapes prosecution, brand enforcement, and IP portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Background in IP domains (trademark, patent, copyright, or brand) or related legal tech.
• 3+ years of legal practice or IP operations experience.
• Able to translate legal workflows into product requirements.
• Strong communication with lawyers, engineers, and partners.
• Experience with AI or tech-assisted legal tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as thought partner to IP partners and prosecution teams.
• Own client pilots and drive adoption across IP groups.
• Gather user insights to inform product roadmap.
• Deliver compelling product demos and training.
• Document best practices and scalable playbooks.
• Help teams navigate AI's ROI and impact on IP workflows.
