Job summary

Legora in New York is seeking a senior IP and legal tech advocate to blend legal operations, product knowledge, and client engagement. You will align IP prosecution, litigation, and brand protection workflows with our platform, tailoring demonstrations to leading IP teams.

You’ll partner with Go To Market, Success, and clients to drive adoption, gather insights for product roadmaps, and train users across a global IP practice.

Qualifications

• Background in IP across trademarks, patents, or brand protection.
• At least 3+ years of legal practice at a law firm.
• Curious about technology and product-enabled solutions.
• Able to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to IP partners and prosecution leads, building trusted relationships and identifying high-value opportunities to scale Legora.
• Collaborate with Go To Market and Customer Success to own client relationships, pilot programs, onboarding, and firm-wide adoption.
• Be the voice of IP users to inform product development, roadmaps, and strategic direction.
• Deliver clear product demos and training to partners, global IP groups, and associates.
• Document best practices and help build scalable playbooks for global growth.
• Guide IP teams through AI-enabled changes, evaluating ROI and impact.
