LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive value realization, deliver trainings, and engage with customers to grow product adoption. You will partner with internal teams to identify opportunities and elevate the customer experience across the IP product suite.

You will use AI tools for research, communications, and content creation while traveling up to 25% to meet clients and deliver compelling demonstrations.

• Equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience using generative AI tools for research and drafting.
