Qualifications

• Equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience with generative AI tools for research, drafting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Increase awareness and drive usage of LexisNexis Intellectual Property content, products and services.
• Identify revenue and growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and act as an internal resource for Product, Sales and Marketing.
• Create and deliver specialized customer presentations to drive usage and communicate value propositions.
• Provide support and training for the sales team through joint calls, demonstrations and training.
• Research the competitive landscape and present market analyses to Product, Segment and Marketing.
• Use generative AI tools to increase team efficiency in research, communications, training content and usage analysis.
