Job summary

LexisNexis Intellectual Property Solutions is seeking a Patent Prosecution Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption, train users, and build strong customer relationships for our IP solutions. You will work with customers and internal teams to deliver strategic engagement, demonstrations, and training sessions that showcase value and competitive differentiation.

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentations).
• Ability to travel (~25%).
• Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce).
• Proficiency with generative AI tools for research, drafting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Increase awareness and drive usage of LN content, products and services.
• Identify revenue and growth opportunities within accounts.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and support Sales/Marketing teams.
• Deliver customer presentations to drive value and differentiation.
• Provide training and joint calls with the sales team.
• Research market landscape and present analyses to Product/Marketing.
