Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; in lieu of degree, 9 years of experience.
• Experience with US and foreign trademark docketing is required.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create records in the docketing database and calendar due dates.
• Manage and de-docket due dates; monitor approaching deadlines.
• Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals on actions due.
• Review US and foreign prosecution mail and related matters.
• Audit transfer files and maintain knowledge of IP rules.
• Troubleshoot docketing issues and respond to questions.
