Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training (paralegal studies beneficial).
• Minimum eight years of IP docketing experience.
• Experience with docket software and domestic/foreign patent matters.
• Strong proofreading and data quality discipline.

Responsibilities

• Quality control of US and non-US patent docketing entries.
• Develop and implement training materials.
• Maintain docket databases and generate reports.
• Collaborate with IP Docket Manager and teams.
• Maintain confidentiality with clients and staff.
• Ensure compliance with CFR and USPTO requirements.
