Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking an IP Docket Specialist to perform quality control on US and Non-US patent docketing, collaborate with the IP Docket Manager, and maintain docket portfolios in accordance with firm policies. You will help create and implement training materials and ensure confidentiality with clients and staff.

The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and experience with docket software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Paralegal training/certification beneficial.
• Minimum eight (8) years IP docketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control reviews of US and non-US docketing entries.
• Assist in creating training materials for docketing.
• Support development of new docketing policies and procedures.
• Manage data quality during portfolio transfers and assist attorneys.
