Jobgether is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance across a connected transportation and IoT environment. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guide customers through configurations, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve escalations.

This role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, 1–3 years in technical support, and a post-secondary degree in engineering or computer science.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication required.
• 1–3 years in customer service or technical support.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with technical aptitude.
• Excel expertise with pivot tables and reporting.
• Experience with SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript is valued.

• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, partners, sales reps, and internal teams.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on connected devices and platforms.
• Guide users on database setup, user management, and portal configuration.
• Investigate complex cases and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with partners to resolve issues with cameras and keyless systems.
• Protect customer information following data-handling practices.
• Contribute to global initiatives and adapt to evolving tech trends.
• Support 24/7 operations with rotating shifts.
