Job summary

Teal Communications, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Kirkland, WA to be the technical brain of the sales process, driving the technical win with our eSIM and connectivity solutions.

You will design end-to-end architectures, present to executives, and lead PoCs while collaborating with Account Executives to close deals and escalate complex issues to Support and Engineering as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Strong practical understanding of cellular and mobile ecosystems (MNOs/MVNOs/3GPP).
• Deep knowledge of eSIM architecture and GSMA provisioning flows (SGP.02, SGP.32).
• Hands-on REST API experience; able to build a demo and explain API concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team to win the deal.
• Architect and design comprehensive solutions using eSIM, connectivity, and APIs.
• Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and drive PoCs.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues with Support and Engineering.
• Provide field feedback to Product/Engineering to influence roadmap.
