This role combines engineering expertise with customer engagement in a fast-growing global IoT organization, offering hands-on design, PoC deployments, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Technical or engineering degree or equivalent experience in networking or related field.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Solid networking fundamentals and internet technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Knowledge of cellular technologies (2G/3G/4G/LTE) and telecom systems.
• Hands-on experience with routers and networking equipment.
• Familiar with Linux-based systems (OpenWRT) and embedded environments.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and solution designs.
• Scripting basics (bash/ash) and AT command familiarity.
• Experience with industrial networking or IoT deployments is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical pre-sales advisor supporting sales, design, and deal qualification.
• Spend about 50% of time in client-facing activities like meetings, demos, and workshops.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites, partners, and events.
• Consult clients and internal stakeholders on device- and solution-related topics.
• Design end-to-end IoT and networking solutions based on requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and PoC deployments.
• Assist integration of Teltonika Networks products into customer environments.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and R&D to align solutions with market needs.
• Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and solution architectures.
• Conduct training sessions for clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during pre-sales and pilots.
• Liaise with R&D for complex technical requirements.
• Work hands-on with Linux-based systems, industrial protocols, and third-party integrations.
