Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with billing processes and invoices is ideal.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Process and distribute daily customer invoices.
• Review and validate billing docs like POs, bills of lading, and freight paperwork.
• Monitor and respond to billing-related emails.
• Investigate and resolve rejected invoices and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and indexing.
• Respond to customer inquiries with excellent service.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely billing.
• Support other accounting and admin projects as needed.
