Qualifications

• 1+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with high-volume invoicing and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon) (preferred).
• Billing in engineering/construction industry (AIA) knowledge (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and maintain customer invoices.
• Review contracts and POs to confirm billing terms.
• Generate invoices, credit memos, and debit memos.
• Ensure tax rules and contract terms compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations and AR to resolve issues.
• Post revenue and support month-end close.
• Maintain accurate billing records and tax IDs.
