Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to audit own work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate complex invoices requiring interpretation of contracts and terms.
• Contact customers to collect payments and post them in the ERP.
• Research billing variances and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor compliance with billing policies and internal controls.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve billing issues.
• Support process improvements and system upgrades for accounting operations.
• Perform other accounting and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
