Qualifications

• Hands-on billing and sales order entry experience.

• Onsite in Foster City, CA on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices promptly.
• Enter and maintain sales orders within the ERP system.
• Follow up on past-due accounts and manage collections processes.
• Reconcile billing activity and support month-end closing.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve invoicing issues.
• Assist in documenting processes and support testing during NetSuite transition.
