Job summary

Progressive Force Concepts is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist for in-office work in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Ensure invoices include required support and deadlines.
• Serve as primary contact for invoicing questions and payment inquiries.
• Research and resolve invoice disputes with internal/external teams.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up for timely collection.
• Contact customers about overdue balances while maintaining relations.
• Document collection efforts and account status updates.
• Apply payments and reconcile accounts for accuracy.
• Investigate unapplied cash and billing discrepancies.
• Prepare AR reports, aging summaries, and collection status.
• Collaborate with PMs, operations, and finance to ensure correct billing.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing for AR.
• Support audits with documentation and reconciliations.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with policies.
