Job summary

Perry Homes in Houston, TX is seeking an Invoice Reconciliation Specialist to reconcile subcontractor/vendor invoices and maintain monthly outstanding invoice statements. You will collaborate with Purchasing Agents, Project Managers, Accounts Payable, Estimators, Vendors, and other departments to support accurate account status.

You should have 2+ years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant administrative experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• 10-key by touch with speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, reconcile, and approve subcontractor/vendor invoices.
• Coordinate activities with Purchasing, Project Managers, and other departments.
• Correspond with subcontractors/vendors and review monthly statements.
• Ensure timely delivery of invoice information and documentation.
• Assist Accounts Payable with approving invoices.
• Assist construction personnel with Purchasing procedures.
• Support department projects and backup functions as needed.
• Complete projects with short notice under extreme time constraints.
• Other duties as assigned.
