Perry Homes in Houston seeks a Purchasing Analyst to support the Purchasing Department with vendor setups, pricing agreements, rebate tracking, invoice reconciliation, and department projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounts and timely information.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong MS Office skills, and good communication. College degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1 year of Purchasing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, attention to detail and team oriented.

Responsabilités

• Source and obtain information for new vendor setups.
• Create and organize pricing agreements.
• Help track rebate payments and maintain payment tracker.
• Review, analyze, reconcile, and approve subcontractor/vendor invoices; coordinate with departments.
• Correspond with subcontractors/vendors and review monthly statements to ensure accurate account status.
• Ensure vendors provide invoice information, account status, or documentation in a timely manner.
