Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to support the Purchasing Department with vendor set ups, pricing agreements, rebate tracking, and invoice reconciliation. The role collaborates with Purchasing Agents/Managers, VP teams, Project Managers, Accounts Payable, Estimators, and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and at least 1 year of purchasing experience, with strong MS Office skills and a detail-oriented, team-focused

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1 year of Purchasing experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, attention to detail and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Source and obtain information for new vendor setups.
• Create and organize pricing agreements.
• Help track rebate payments and maintain payment tracker.
• Review, analyze, reconcile, and approve subcontractor/vendor invoices; coordinate with departments.
• Correspond with subcontractors/vendors and review monthly statements for accurate account status.
• Ensure vendors provide invoice information, account status, or documentation in a timely manner.
