Job summary

Gen II Fund Services is seeking an Investor Services Manager in San Francisco to lead client deliverables and investor experience in a fast-paced environment. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong time management, and program oversight across investor services.

You will manage associates and supervisors, coordinate with technology for workflow improvements, and drive best practices in a deadline-driven setting. Hybrid work arrangement with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration ( Accounting/ Finance/ Economics a plus).
• 7+ years’ experience in the financial services Industry.
• Private Equity or Hedge Fund Investor Services background.
• Experience with investor portals such as Intralinks/Investment Café/Allvue/InvestorVision is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff adherence to guidelines and best practices for client deliverables.
• Support the implementation of the tactical and strategic roadmap to enhance client and investor experience.
• Establish and maintain open communication with client services teams and Principals to support best in class service.
• Partner with Gen II technology to identify and implement a centralized workflow system.
• Engage in monthly information sessions with internal stakeholders to promote best practices and op-model changes.
• Engage in client calls on a regular cadence while addressing client concerns and escalated issues.
• Identify solutions and implement op-model changes to reduce cycle time on client requests and reporting.
• Maintain staff heat map to facilitate cross-training and reduce key person risk.
