Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in the financial services industry, including 2+ years supervisor experience.
• Experience with private equity or hedge fund investor services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate investor onboarding documentation.
• Supervise and evaluate associates and their workloads.
• Ensure work aligns with service level agreements.
