Gen II Fund Services in New York is seeking a Senior Investor Services Analyst to support sponsor funds and client service teams. The role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, strong time management, and cross-team coordination in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule (three days in-office, two remote) with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. You will work with investor portals and accounting records, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics is a plus.
• 2-4 years’ experience in the financial services Industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Investor Portals (Intralinks/Investment Café/Allvue/InvestorVision) is a plus.
• Experience with Allvue CRM is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Acknowledge, review and respond to client inquiries with internal/external teams as needed.
• Review and process investor onboarding documentation (Subscription, Tax, AML).
• Review and process investor activity and changes to investor data across systems.
• Maintain investor records across multiple systems and produce reports as required.
• Progressively train less experienced associates and perform first level review of deliverables.
