Job summary

Gen II Fund Services is hiring a Senior Investor Services analyst to support sponsor funds and client service teams. You will handle investor onboarding, data changes, and reporting across multiple systems in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The role emphasizes client service excellence, adherence to SLAs, and collaboration with internal teams. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in financial services are preferred, with a hybrid work arrangement in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics is a plus.
• 2–4 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Private Equity or hedge fund investor services background is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Experience with Investor Portals (Intralinks/Investment Café/Allvue/InvestorVision) is a plus.
• Experience with Allvue CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, review and respond to client inquiries promptly, coordinating with internal and external teams.
• Review and process investor onboarding documentation (Subscription, Tax, AML).</br>
• Review and process investor activity and changes to investor data across systems.
• Maintain investor records across multiple internal and external systems.
• Prepare ad‑hoc, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting and capital activity notices for sponsor funds and investors.
• Prepare investor audit confirmations and monthly recurring deliverables.
• Disseminate fund and investor correspondence across investor portal platforms.
• Track incoming capital call wires and prepare capital distributions.
• Progressively take on training of junior associates and perform first level review of deliverables.
