Gen II is seeking a Senior Investor Services analyst to join our US operations. The role focuses on delivering investor services for sponsors and client teams with meticulous data handling in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage onboarding, records, reporting, and communications, with opportunities to train junior staff and contribute to special projects. The position offers a hybrid schedule and a salary range of $70,000–$95,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics (or related field) is preferred.
• 2–4 years’ experience in the financial services industry.

Responsabilités

• Acknowledge, review, and respond to client inquiries with internal/external teams.
• Process investor onboarding documentation (Subscription, Tax, AML).
• Maintain investor records across systems and prepare various reports.
• Disseminate and review sponsor funds and investor communications across portals.
• Track capital calls, wires, and distributions.
• Assist with training junior staff and ensure SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with client service to deliver excellent sponsor service.
