BrightShore Mortgage, Inc. is seeking an Investor Reporting Specialist to join our Ocala, FL team. You will prepare, review, and submit monthly investor reports in line with agency guidelines and investor expectations, supporting a robust mortgage servicing operation.

The role demands meticulous Excel work, strong attention to detail, and cross-department collaboration to meet strict timelines and audit readiness. Mortgage servicing experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in mortgage servicing, investor reporting, accounting, or financial operations.
• Proficiency in Excel with lookups and pivot tables.
• Knowledge of Regulation AB, USAP, and investor guidelines is a plus.
• Experience with custodial reconciliations and remittance processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit timely investor reports for agency and private investors.
• Process cash and non-cash transactions across servicing systems.
• Reconcile custodial accounts and resolve variances.
• Monitor daily cash activity and wire transfers.
• Support audits and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Update procedures and assist in audit responses.
• Analyze loan-level data and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Post general ledger entries and wire requests.
• Ensure reporting adheres to Regulation AB, USAP, and servicing agreements.
• Submit borrower credit reporting files with all four bureaus.
