Job summary

Heitmeyer Consulting seeks a Mortgage Investor Reporting Analyst to support mortgage servicing operations with a focus on investor reporting, loan-level accounting, reconciliations, and remittances. This role will research and resolve reporting variances, ensure accurate investor data, and support onboarding, transfers, acquisitions, and sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mortgage servicing, investor reporting, or related operations.
• Hands-on experience with ICE Mortgage Technology MSP or related systems.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing, investor reporting, remittance processes, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve investor reporting variances and exceptions.
• Perform loan-level analysis and correct data before cycles.
• Generate, validate, and reconcile investor reporting and remittance data.
• Support servicing transfers, onboarding, acquisitions, sales, and repurchase activities.
• Assist audits and regulatory examinations.
