Job summary

Brightshore Mortgage, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst in Ocala, FL to support the Compliance Management System (CMS) and regulatory compliance initiatives. The role collaborates across Operations, Risk, Legal, and Audit to strengthen governance and reduce risk.

The candidate will conduct regulatory research, monitor developments, and assist in licensing, policy management, and training programs while ensuring timely, accurate compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and analytical with strong regulatory judgment.
• Experience supporting CMS, policy administration, and regulatory change management preferred.
• Experience interpreting mortgage servicing regulations and investor guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and monitor federal and state mortgage servicing laws and agency guidance.
• Coordinate licensing activities through NMLS and maintain records.
• Maintain compliance calendars, regulatory reporting, and audit readiness.
• Support training programs on AML, BSA, UDAAP, and other topics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk Management, Legal, and Audit teams to drive compliance excellence.
