Responsibilities

• Triage daily investor inquiries via phone or email.
• Maintain responsive, professional communication with investors.
• Assist investors with online portal tasks (password resets, profile updates, viewing performance).
• Answer questions about distributions, balances, and banking changes.
• Support tax-season communications and distribute updates to investors.
• Help update FAQs, call scripts, and onboarding workflows.
• Conduct initial screening calls with prospective investors and document outcomes.
