Job summary

Bain Capital is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support client onboarding and ongoing servicing for our investor base in Boston. You will collaborate with IR Business Development, Compliance, Legal, Tax, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless experience.

The role involves managing high-volume communications, supporting fund closings, and coordinating capital calls, distributions, and reporting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in financial services or related field.
Detail-oriented with strong procedural discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with investors and internal teams.
Self-starter with solid project management and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Liaise with clients and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing servicing.
Monitor high-volume email mailboxes and respond to queries promptly.
Assist with fund closings, including document review and investor follow-up.
Lead and facilitate capital calls and distributions for internal stakeholders.
Enter and maintain client information in CRM (Salesforce) and ensure data accuracy.
Prepare and deliver client reporting under tight deadlines.
Maintain investor portals and update procedures as needed.
