Job summary

Pairs is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to bring investors into opportunities and run each process with banker discipline. You will manage investor outreach, nurture relationships and coordinate with the co-founders and investor team from a fully remote, asynchronous setup.

You will own investor processes, maintain a live pipeline, and match opportunities to the right investors while maintaining discretion and precision in all communications. Compensation is base plus commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in live capital raises or M&A outreach.
• Ability to build and explain investor relationships.
• Understanding of what investors need to see before meetings.
• High precision in investor communications.
• Discretion is essential; avoid investor names in applications.
• Daily use of AI tools with prudent judgment.
