Job summary

United Smart Tech is seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator to support the Head of Investor Relations in daily operations. You will be the main contact for investors and internal colleagues, requiring polished communication and strong judgment. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to Dallas and overlap with U.S.

Central Time. The position emphasizes building a scalable IR structure, documenting processes and refining workflows while maintaining accurate CRM records and scheduling

Qualifications

• Significant prior experience in investor-facing roles (investor relations, sales support or marketing coordination).
• Exceptional spoken and written English; Spanish fluency.
• Professional presence when dealing with senior-level contacts.
• Strong attention to detail and quick learning.
• Comfort with technology and disciplined note-taking; CRM experience.
• Based in South America or Mexico with overlap to U.S. Central Time.
• Willingness to travel to Dallas occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with investors, prospective investors and internal team by phone, email and video.
• Support Spanish-speaking contacts and stakeholders as needed.
• Log interactions in the CRM and keep notes accurate.
• Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for Head of Investor Relations.
• Help build and organize the department, documenting processes and refining workflows.
• Learn and follow playbooks and contribute to improvements.
• Collaborate with executive assistant team and other operations staff.
• Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
