AxisKey Inc. is hiring an Investor Relations Coordinator to support U.S.-based clients as part of InvestorOps. You will act as the operational hub between prospective investors, IR associates, and client teams, coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospective investors and IR team.
• Manage multiple calendars across clients, internal teams, and investors; resolve conflicts.
• Serve as primary point of contact for meeting logistics and investor scheduling.
• Communicate professionally with prospective investors via email and phone.
• Monitor investor pipelines; ensure meetings are scheduled promptly and follow-ups completed.
• Maintain accurate investor records and meeting notes in the CRM.
• Coordinate rescheduling, cancellations, and calendar updates to minimize delays.
• Collaborate with IR Associates and client teams to optimize meeting flow.
• Prepare reports on scheduling activity, meetings, and pipeline progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and efficiency.
• Support additional IR operations tasks as assigned.
