SurgeU is seeking an Investor Relations Representative to serve as the front door of our investor experience. You will provide approved factual information, respond to inquiries, and route them to the appropriate team member, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

This in-person role emphasizes meticulous record-keeping, calendar coordination, and professional communication with accredited and high-net-worth individuals.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in customer service or investor relations.
• Excellent phone presence accompanied by strong written communication.
• Ability to follow approved talking points and elevate investment questions.
• Proficient with basic CRM and technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries about company investment offerings.
• Respond to inbound inquiries by phone, email, and text.
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Escalate investment-specific questions to Legal/Compliance or authorized personnel.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and Operations to maintain brand standards.
