Referment is recruiting for an associate on its investor-relations team to support relationship managers serving institutional investors and prospects. You will help build understanding of investment capabilities and capital markets while delivering accurate responses to investor requests and managing related processes.

The role blends client-service with longer-term project work, requiring clear communication, process discipline, and a proactive approach to workflows and AI-enabled

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 1–4 years of financial-markets experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management and attention to detail.
• Process-oriented, collaborative approach and confidence working with colleagues at different levels.
• Commercial judgement, initiative and an interest in improving workflows with AI.
• Business-development or relationship-management experience and familiarity with financial terminology preferred.

Mansioni

• Support relationship managers in cultivating investor and prospect relationships and responding to inbound requests.
• Keep stakeholders informed about relevant strategy and business developments.
• Help design and maintain robust product-development and prospecting processes.
