Job summary

52TEN is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support investor relations and capital functions in a fully remote role. The position emphasizes providing a responsive, professional investor experience and coordinating communications, CRM entries, and reporting.

You will report to the Director of Capital & Investor Relations and help manage investor meetings, the investor portal, and recurring reporting while scaling the function as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in investor relations, client service, financial services, executive support, or a similar relationship-focused role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional approach to investor interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage scheduling, follow-up, records, and multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with CRM and technology platforms; experience with HubSpot, InvestNext, or similar systems is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
• Proactive, dependable, and service-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization where priorities may evolve.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for current and prospective investors, helping create a consistent, high-quality experience
• Assist investors with routine questions, investor portal access, documents, and other needs, coordinating with internal teams when necessary
• Support investor communications, updates, and recurring reporting schedules, ensuring materials are accurate, polished, and delivered on time
• Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling confidential investor and company information
• Coordinate investor meetings and appointments, including outreach, scheduling, confirmations, meeting preparation, and follow-up
• Track investor requests, commitments, and next steps to ensure timely and reliable follow-through
• Help the Director of Capital & Investor Relations stay organized and prepared for investor conversations and priorities
• Maintain accurate investor and prospect information in the CRM and investor portal
• Document interactions, meeting notes, follow-up activities, and relationship information
• Maintain organized records and monitor data quality to ensure investor information remains complete and current
• Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, events, webinars, and other engagement opportunities, including invitations, RSVPs, materials, and follow-up
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Capital & Investor Relations, including calendars, meeting materials, presentations, travel, and expense coordination
• Anticipate needs and proactively help keep priorities and commitments moving forward
• Build and maintain organized, repeatable processes for investor relations activities, communications, scheduling, and recordkeeping
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and the overall investor experience as the function continues to grow
