Zusammenfassung

Capital Square Living is seeking a detail-oriented Investor Relations Support professional to help manage monthly investor distributions, CRM data, and inquiries. You will collaborate with Treasury and other teams to ensure accurate information flow.

The role emphasizes customer service, problem-solving, and clear communication with investors and internal partners, with an office-based role and one day remote per week.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; commensurate experience in banking customer service, finance, real estate title, or real estate paralegal work considered.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to concisely investigate, interpret, and resolve investor questions or complications with minimal supervision.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment with an emphasis on customer service.

Aufgaben

• Process monthly and quarterly distributions.
• Liaise with the Treasury Department pertaining to investor distribution payments.
• Answer incoming investor telephone calls, monitor the customer support email inbox, and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct research to resolve customer concerns and escalations.
• Update and maintain investor information in multiple CRM systems.
• Support all members of the Investor Relations Team as needed.
