Job summary

Alumni Ventures is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support our investor community and gain hands-on exposure to venture capital, investor relations, and fund operations. You will work with Managing Partners and cross-functional teams to support fundraising, engagement, and processes.

You will help investors navigate offerings and the community experience, while developing skills in communication, relationship management, and operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, accounts, or operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for prospective and existing investors.
• Respond to investor questions via email, phone, webinars, events, and other channels.
• Support fundraising initiatives, investor engagement, and operational processes.
